TENANT INSURANCE

NOTE FROM HIGHWAY 69 STORAGE

We are now offering tenant insurance to our customers through our company's insurance carrier - Bader Company. Highway 69 Storage is not responsible for loss or damage to your property while it is in storage and many of our tenants may not have insurance protection. This coverage may duplicate. Insurance coverage already provided under your homeowner's, renter's, or other insurance policy. Please refer to your existing policy for your storage coverage details. Enrolling in this coverage would help you in the event your property is stolen, destroyed, or damaged. Purchase of insurance is NOT required to rent storage space.    ​  Highway 69 Storage is licensed to sell Bader insurance. For more information please contact our office.

CHECK YOUR POLICY ​  

Your current renter's, homeowner's, vehicle/automobile. watercraft, personal liability, business or other insurance policy may provide coverage for your stored property. Consult your insurance agent to determine if your property is covered while in storage and review your policy exclusions, deductible amount, and coverage limits. While you may already be covered through other policies, the Bader Insurance Program may provide more specialized coverage.

BADER PROGRAM FEATURES   

Coverage for your personal property stored in your leased unit will NOT be provided under the storage facility's policy. Purchase of this Insurance is NOT REQUIRED to rent storage space.     The employees of the storage facility are not AURHORIZED to evaluate the adequacy of your existing personal insurance coverage.
